Minnesota Consortium of Community Developers
MCCD works collectively to expand economic prosperity by investing in and stewarding community development resources. We use capital, collaboration, and policy advocacy to build community wealth — especially in places and among people that have historically been excluded.

About Us
The Minnesota Consortium of Community Developers (MCCD) is a statewide membership network and mission-driven certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) bringing together nonprofit housing and economic development organizations working from rural main streets to city neighborhoods.
Together, we expand access to capital, support entrepreneurs and affordable housing development, and advance policies that address long-standing barriers to ownership and opportunity.
As both a consortium and a direct lender, MCCD deploys mission-driven financing, provides technical assistance, and convenes partners across sectors to align community priorities with investment and policy.
