OUR NETWORK
MC-CORE brings together Real Estate Co-ops and Allied Partners working to strengthen community ownership across Minnesota. Real Estate Co-ops place ownership, decision-making, and economic benefit in the hands of their members, while Allied Partners provide the financing, technical expertise, public resources, professional services, and advocacy that help these organizations succeed. By serving as a central hub, MC-CORE connects these groups to share knowledge, build partnerships, overcome common barriers, and create a stronger ecosystem where community-owned real estate can grow and thrive.
