About Us
Nexus is a nonprofit intermediary that works at the intersection of authorship, leadership and ownership. One of our focus areas is supporting community members develop real estate cooperatives. Our services support alignment between multiple stakeholders for project success, and include cooperative governance design and pre-launch technical assistance.
We cultivate leaders, advance community ownership, and build the power of communities to create equitable and liberated futures.
