Midway Investment Cooperative is a community-owned real estate investment cooperative serving the Hamline-Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul. Through collective investment, democratic ownership, and a commitment to racial equity and anti-displacement, MIC helps residents build community wealth while preserving local businesses, affordability, and neighborhood voice.
